Registration Fees

The registration fees include:

• Access to all conference events
• Coffee breaks and lunch on all conference days
• Admission to the Welcome Reception on the evening before the conference
• Admission to the Conference Dinner on the first evening of the conference
• Access to all digital conference materials (program, abstracts, and sponsor information)
• Access to conference papers via the digital publishing platform after the event

Notes

Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee and must be booked independently.

Cancellation Policy

Registration is binding.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Stahlinstitut VDEh.
• Substitute participants may be named at any time without additional fees.
• For cancellations made by July 31, 2027, the participation fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50,00 €
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made after July 31, 2027, or in the event of a no-show.
• If the event must be canceled by the VDEh Steel Institute, participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. No further claims (e.g., travel or lodging expenses) will be honored.
