“Get-Together”

The social event on the eve of the conference (October 4, 2027) will take place at the venue. Drinks and a buffet with finger foods will be served to all participants from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bar tables and stools invite you to eat and drink. We will provide freestanding displays featuring your logo, which will be placed on all bar tables (DIN A4). You may set up up to three roll-up banners in the event area or provide suitable materials for the buffet (beer coasters, napkins). Your company will be mentioned by name during the opening ceremony.

Coffee Breaks

Sponsor the refreshments at two beverage stands on both days. Frequent brand exposure is guaranteed during the conference. You can also promote your sponsorship with display signs at each beverage stand. Please bring appropriate materials (beer coasters, napkins)..

Conference Dinner on the First Evening

This year, our conference dinner will be different: we’re moving away from the traditional, formal dinner with assigned seating and a buffet—toward a more relaxed evening that focuses on networking and conversation. With two food trucks, a cocktail bar, a “beer fountain”, bar tables, we’re creating a casual atmosphere where you can move about freely, make new connections, and wind down the conference day in a relaxed way. Less formality, more interaction, enjoyment, and shared experiences. As a sponsor, you’re spoiled for choice. Sponsor a food truck euros, or the cocktail bar. Or would you prefer the traditional German beer fountain? We’ll set up roll-ups with your logo on the left and right sides of the food truck, the cocktail bar, and the beer fountain. You can hand out napkins or beer coasters with your logo. You’re welcome to bring any suitable materials you have.
